License agreement

Your use of BidSlip: Quotes & Invoices is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). That agreement includes BidSlip’s warranty disclaimer and limits on liability. The notes below explain how BidSlip works; they don’t replace the standard EULA.

Free plan and BidSlip Pro

• The free plan includes three jobs with every feature and unlimited customers.
• BidSlip Pro adds unlimited jobs. It’s an auto-renewing subscription at $79.99 a year or $9.99 a month (US prices; the App Store shows your price before you buy).
• New subscribers can start the yearly plan with one month free. After the free month, the yearly price is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the month ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refunds.
• If Pro ends, your existing records stay available, and you can still share and export them.

Your records and responsibilities

• You’re responsible for the prices, taxes, scope, terms and payment records you enter, and for reviewing every document before you send it.
• You’re responsible for having permission to store and share your customers’ information.
• Your records are saved on your iPhone. Keep your own backups, especially before changing phones or restoring.
• Recording a payment keeps track of money you’ve received. BidSlip doesn’t move money.
• Signatures and recorded approvals capture what the signer provides. BidSlip doesn’t verify anyone’s identity.

BidSlip isn’t legal, tax or financial advice and isn’t a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Some states and cities have specific requirements for home improvement contracts. You’re responsible for making sure your documents meet the rules where you work.
